Since BC has taken a turn for the lighter side of things after a few dire days, I would just like to openly profess my love for Anderson Coooper.
Anderson Cooper,
With your silver hair and blue eyes, I love you. You make my heart beat a little faster with your witty remarks on the day to day happenings of the world. Your caring, empathetic looks to the suffering make me feel like a more caring person. When you wandered through post Katrina New Orleans with tears in your eyes, I shed tears of my own.
Thank Anderson for bringing your light to all of us!

Yes, he doesn't want to say anything that would jeopardize his ability to be treated neutrally in homophobic countries. He's very passionate about his job as a journalist.
It's quite a shame that he is forced to make such a decision, but it is his decision nonetheless, and must be respected by his admirers. (For an example of how not to be a respectful admirer, see Perez Hilton.) -
