I used to have some very annoying neighbors in the other half of the duplex I live in. (a duplex is a single building with 2 apartments in it if people don't know)
Over the years many people have moved in and out of that side of the duplex, one of them was a major assh*le, he complained about everything! Just a real crotchety old man.
Anyway, one day after he was done yelling at me about all kinds of things in the neighborhood that annoyed him, I came inside and said "I wish that old bastard would die!"

A few days later, his brother knocked on my door and told me that the old bastard had died.
On the exact same day that I had said my wish for him to die.
I know my wish had nothing to do about it, but I no longer wish people to drop dead. hahahaha

LOL yea I guess that would stop me from wishing anyone else death too - but I haven't had one croak on me yet so I'll keep planning on roasting marshmallows LOL

You should put raw meat all over his car and shove it all in his tail pipe. When he's coming out for work the animals won't even let him near the car lol. We did that to someone before its hilarious.

I cut my neighbor's grass on Saturday b/c it was knee high. And then there is the house at the end of the block with 14 cars and a different teenager for each one, and they all drive down the block at about 70 mph. And the other neighbor who can't seem to keep their pit bull and rottweiler in their fenced yard. Salsa band in the garage house is a few doors down too.

wow - you just made me glad I don't live in your neighborhood! For the most part, everyone's pretty quiet. Our neighborhood watch rep tears down our street around 50 mph (and it's a cul de sac and maybe 1/4 of a mile long?) but other than that, we're pretty respectful. except for the damn alcoholic.

I live in an apartment building and I have a neighbor that constantly sweeps outside, right up to my door. Up to 3 times a day, every day. That sweeping sound has become a part of my daily routine. Last week I heard her bring the vacuum cleaner out. Cut it out already, woman!

I have a similar death wish story. I used to have a teenage neighbor that for some reason would throw all kinds of trash in my fenced-in yard. At the time, my daughter was really young and I would get so mad every time I would cut grass and find broken beer bottles and other dangerous crap in my yard. One night I was taking the trash out and I saw him and his friends working on his car, then I see a light bulb come flying over into my yard. I confronted him about it and told him that I had a little one who could easily get hurt on some of the trash he was throwing in my yard (which he had to know) but he really didn't seem to care. I was so pissed and I went up to my daughters window which had the best view of the backyard and sure enough the kid throws some more trash in my yard. Out of anger I said "I hope that MF's house burns down" and my daughter who was not yet asleep had to hear me.

Well, a couple of months later I woke up to my neighbors house on fire and paramedics pulling this kid out of his house, giving him mouth-to-mouth with no success. It ended up that he was home alone, made some french fries and fell asleep with the oven on. I felt so dumb for saying such a stupid thing in front of my daughter, considering his house actually burnt down. I won't lie, it was nice not to find anymore trash in my yard.

I use to have one that stole from me. She would not pay her bills and I would run water and electricity to her for her kids. She would turn around and steal money from my kids piggy banks and food from my house. I took care of her kids for 2 weeks before while she took off. (DCS was called but nothing was done because I had them) She stole all the food from my freezer to feed her friends at the creek. She was put on parole and then moved to Texas. She is there for another 3 years and is hopefully not coming back.

The neighbor next door to me is a real jack@ss! Had to take the guy to court to keep garbage cans off our grass by the side of house. That p!ssed him off. The irony is this guy works for city hall...Health & Human Services! 8-()

Doesn't it just make you wonder what the hell is wrong with people? The neighborhood I used to live in was a really really nice one - big houses, big yards, etc.... the people next door "the hillbillys" inherited their house when her parents died. They had two kids - one skinny little boy WHO USED TO BREAK INTO NEIGHBORING HOUSES for scavenge for food, one little girl - well, she wasn't little, she was as big as a house.

They finally got foreclosed on and we got a tour of the house - idiots had trashed it, taken lightbulbs and shower fixtures yet left family photos on the wall. And don't get me started on the above ground "cess" pool they put in. ugh!!!!

Someone in our neighborhood has a 12-ish year old troublemaker who threw a beer bottle at my house the other day (while I watched from a window.) I've seen him throwing rocks at dogs, giving lit cigarettes to 6 year olds & other stuff. Our neighbor caught him on video causing trouble over there. I don't know where the little bastard lives, but we're working on it.
