Amy,
I have that book too (5 Min a Day.) I love it. We made the dinner rolls out of it (it calls for a little too much butter on the bottom of the pan for my taste but it's still good. I just don't put as much in it now that I know that. My kid's LOVE them.)
Here is a picture of how it turned out:

There is a guy on the net too that does No knead Breads (he comes off ODD but his stuff is good.) I like his Pizza pie crust better then the one in the book we were talking about.
Here if you want to see what his bread and pizza turns out like I have pictures of those too.

Well I better get off this computer and get the goats out.
Thanks everyone for their sites. I enjoyed reading them this morning.

- Hi there. My husband and I no longer "hobby farm". However, we are very active in agricultural associations and we are 4H sponsors and mentors.

That's great they you guys sponsor 4-H. It's amazing what all they do.
Both my kids signed up for some of their classes this year. They took archary course (it was a 6 hour workshop, included lunch and drinks for $5.00), GPS class (same deal $5.00), and I took the Rain Harvesting workshop (great class by the way!!)

Ours is a hobby farm. We produce a little bit for ourselves, but the animals are all pets. We've got chickens, goats, horses, pigs, turkeys, guineas, and a small garden. I like it a lot better than living in the city. I've got to have open space.
