      Its simple to add friends in Facebook, as long as you be in your limit. There are groups of similar interests you blog about. These group members are interested in this topic so add them as friend. Exchange messages and greetings to build a nice relationship.
      
      Now create a group about your blog, and describe your blog. Invite your friends to join your group. When they join, they will sure check your blog. When the group will grow, others will join too and check your blog.
      
      The key is to keep in touch with them, as Facebook is different then social medias, you will hardly found bloggers in there. The people will be very kind and give you favor if you be nice one them.
      
      The great part is that most of them are not bloggers and dont want anything in return.

      Thought of starting a group, but I don't use facebook other than for people I know... i don't friend people I don't know in real life. Have thought of starting a group, and as ekim941 mentioned, look into an application. Facebook blog promotion is not a priority, but thinking about doing a little something. Thanks for you 2 cents.:)

   If you plan to market on facebook or any other social networking site, the key is relevance. Contribute to the discussions and provide a link only if your content is relevant to the discussions. Otherwise, you are just a spammer.
   On facebook, the best way to market is by creating an application that uses your content. If you don't know how to write code, look into Popfly.com from microsoft.

   I have an application which displays my blog link (with a thumbshot) in my profile. As ekim941 said, I do put my blog's link in revelant discussions

   You might let others share your blog or particular blog posts on Facebook. Just add a "Share on Facebook" option under blog posts and in the side bar. You can find the tut to do that here:

      Its not that easy my friend because there are people who have different mentality. It will take time to build up a reputation just like blogging.
      
      How much friends you have in facebook doesn't matters, it matters how much relationship/ network you have build with people.
