I've seen a lot of Blogs on here for music folks.

I have a band - we're a sucky garage band - but we like ourselves. LOL!

Anyhow we have Cubase AND ProTools.

And we Can't figure out how to use them. (*blush*)

Ok - we can get basics down.

We have 8 tracks (input - etc.)

We have a box that takes the inputs - and puts them through to the computer.

We've got all of that set up.

And we can manage to record - and monitor at the same time.

But we're having problems with setting levels - and


MOST OF ALL

We are having problems editing and mixing it all down.

If there is anyone here who is a master of Cubase or ProTools for LIVE BAND RECORDING --- Please...

Share your knowledge --- or tutorials or whatnot.

We do not speak GEEKSPEAK - so please - make it as EASY and GENTLE as possible.

LOL!
