Thanks for the great article which has 19 other great alternatives that many I have not even heard before.

No sure if any of these could NOT be run along side with adsense due to legal issues? And also if they are really better than adsense as I have tried BidVertiser which is not producing results.

You're welcome and as far as running any of them together goes I'll let you check into that because I don't know.

You can run any ad network with AdSense as long as they don not look exactly like AdSense

maxbannerads is a great source of revenue you can use it with hundreds of banners by far the best I've ever used

I guess Maxbannerads only work with wordpress.

I used Adsense and made pennies. Since then I have used Commission Junction to host ads that pay a percentage of each sale lead. I would suggest find products or services that would interest your audience, and post banner ads and text links to the programs you choose. check them out at cj.com. let me know how it works for you.

Clickbank has a new Hop Bank thingy that not many people know of. It creates Google type ads.

When you become a member of Clickbank go to the resources tab and it is listed in there or the FAQ

It is fairly new and not many using that I have seen

I have a whole series about Ad Networks: bloggingwithsuccess.net/series/ad-networks-series It is still going on.

AdSense is good but there are many alternatives available depending on situation. For example, if you want to get paid via PayPal, BidVertiser is good with $10 payouts. If you have good search engine traffic, Chitika is good considering they pay at $10 via PayPal. NetPartner, a newa ffiliate network is also nice with offers upto $14 per successful action. They pay via PayPal at $25.

I use Avantlink, but there is quite a lengthy admission process until you get up an running as an actual publisher.

    Great customer service though.

I dunno if it's 'better' but I always liked that cj.com pays for clicks/leads/conversions rather then just clicks.

It's a bitch getting started though, no good advertisers will let you publish for them till you get some cash in your network.

    AFAIC .. not yet

the earning per click maybe higher than adsense, but there are no PPC have that much advertiser like adsense

I have experienced a lot with Chitika and it produces better results than AdSense. However, use only if you get good search engine traffic.

Why makes you look for other alternaltive other than ad sense? They don't pay well or....?
    1. mitan
Better to know all the available alternatives, you never know if there maybe something better than adsense. Most likely they could complement each others.

I'm kind of new to this, Adsense isn't treating me that well but I've heard that Amazon affiliate and clickbank are two great affiliate programs. I just joined Google Affiliate, does anyone have any advice/thoughts on that program?

i personally like Project Wonderful, and use that on my blogs. People bid on your ad space and they pay what they consider to be a fair price for the amount of traffic your blog gets. You're also not paid per click but rather per day.
  26. repfolio
Shameless plug here - our network, www.repfolio.com, will match your blog with software companies who will run CPC (cost per click), CPA (cost per action) or CPM (cost per 1000 impressions) campaigns on your site if you have specific niche traffic.
