By this question i mean, if there are some goals you want to achieve in your personal life - "Will you dream yourself there and make it through, or you just follow, what other persons tell you to do?"

PDCA or Plan, Do, Check, Act: the spiral of progress of Edwards Deming the quality guru (he is the American who drive Japan Quality at the Request of General Mac Arthur
statistical-process-control.org/dr-demings-revolution/) can also apply to self improvment.
Plan = Fix an achievable Goal
Do = Execute it
Check: Measure the distance between the Goal and Real Achievement
Act: Adjust your action to reach the Goal.
Above all, it is a SPIRAL OF PROGRESS, this means, You have to REPEAT this PROCESS 1 Million Times and you may achieve your Dream

I am a dreamer. Which makes me a realist. Dreaming is what people do. It's reality. Like eating. And imagining.
Kidding aside, I think we all do both. One, we dream, we have a goal.
Two, we hopefully realistically lay out actual plans to how that goal might be achieved. Sometime "dreamers" set their goals too high. It is renrealistic. Sometime "realists" fail to dream large enough - and restrict themselves unintentially.
