Do you consider yourself a Pro-blogger?

What is the criteria for a pro-blogger?

I think we should all have signature lines that describe us at the end of every post.
What is your signature line?

hmm I need someone to define "pro-blogger".

Is that a prostitute AND a blogger??
    or
    A prostitute who blogs?
    1. cookingasshole
that would be cool...like that guy from dallas who started that one escort thread?

      yah and poof! gone
    3. cookingasshole
I think that if you have an illicit escort service you probably should not have a website advertising it.

      Unless you are in Nevada..
    5. cookingasshole
then it would not be illicit...

    6. DollinNYC
are you not defining yourself as a pro-blogger anymore?
    7. cookingasshole
      I think I will stop...too much work
  5. legbamel
I don't make money from my blogs, so by definition I'm an amateur, not a professional.

    legbamel
    1. cookingasshole
is that the definition? money = professional?

    2. legbamel
Yup, "following an occupation as a means of livelihood or for gain" is the first definition. I suppose you could quibble on the definition of gain, but I don't think personal satisfaction and a sense of community count.
    3. cookingasshole
      well I guess I don't count then
  6. timethief
I think I may be Pro Blogger material. I got 100% on the test despite the fact that I don't have monetized blogs. Re you a Pro-Blogger in the Making? take the test and see.

    Pro Blogger Test
Becoming a professional blogger is no easy task. You will need to have a basic knowledge on several fields; including web design, SEO, online marketing and more. Do you think you have what it takes? Test your skills with these 20 questions! N.B. The last question reflects a time that is backdated.
    www.dailyblogtips.com/pro-blogger-test/
    1. weblogian
Those questions does not define a pro blogger
    2. timethief
Of course they don't -- it's an amusing quiz.
    3. cindygeenotes
Oooh. I seriously flunked that quiz. I have no idea what most of those things even are. I guess that makes me a....

      POOR BLOGGER.

How do you know if you are a POOR BLOGGER? Take this short quiz:

      1. Do you blog without financial gain(or better yet, actually lose money on it)?
      2. When someone suggests you should back up your blog, do you move your computer farther back on your desk?
      3. When your one reader keeps leaving thoughtful comments on your blog, you call your mother and tell her to stop?

If you answer 'yes' to these three questions, you might be a POOR blogger like me.
    4. kenyantykoon
I JUST FAILED THAT TEST VERY BADLY:(
  7. Mkcoy
Not bad. 80%. Don't consider myself a pro blogger. I run about 10 different blogs and sites but I am always learning.

    1. timethief
