Are you comfortable with working with people over 60 on the job?

Tonight I post on peoplepowergranny.blogspot.com what it's like to be the elder in an office that seems to epitomize youth. Are you an older person working with a majority younger persons, or vice versa? What are some problems you experience or don't experience when multi-generations work together? It is a humbling experience for me. Would love to have you vote in my poll if you're on the older side.

I don't currently work with older people but have in the past. I loved working with the elder group. Older people have more experience and wisdom. And most of the time they don't get caught up in gossip and drama....they know better. -
I am able to get along with people of all ages, religions and races. It is something I believe God has blessed me with. I am comfortable with all people and believe I can learn from people of all ages, religions and races. I work for a large retail company and we have Muslims, Jews, Christians, Hindus, and atheist working together and I am able to bring a smile to each. -
