Yes I am. Because being happy and unhappy are states of mind that you can control, if you want to. And I much prefer being happy

Not right at the moment. I just got up and haven't taken a shower yet, it's gray and raining outside and I can't find a level in my messy garage to take to Sunday School.

I'll feel better after my shower and breakfast... then I'll hit the garage again.

  We teach a curriculum in Sunday School called "Toolbox of our Faith". We needed a level to symbolize balance. I did - finally - find one and though the rain never stopped, I did get happier once I woke up and had breakfast.

I haven't been "happy" for a long time. A few fleeting moments of contentedness every once in awhile, for sure. I've got major depressive disorder and a laundry list of health problems that no one would want to hear about. The highlight of my day, today, was creating a level for a game called Ricochet Infinity

I'm almost always happy and when I'm not, I will be within the not to distant future.

No matter how hard life becomes, life is good.

I've always got tomorrow to look forward to if today sucks.
And if it so happens that I'm about to run out of tomorrows, then I have the next hour, or the next min, or the next second...

We spend way too much time chasing happiness and worrying after it.

I was not happy (because i have not studied my favourite books) today but now when i have entered this discussion,
the way all the participants have answered to this question made me very happy.
