Are you happy with your blog theme?

I went throuhg 3 themes before I finally got the one I'm truly happy with. And fixing every tweek here and there was so frustrating. But I'm finally happy with it.
Are you happy with your theme/template??

mine is kind of plain but there's a picture of my beautiful face in it so.. hahaha. i dunno. it could be better, but i don't really have the time or the attention span to make it better. -
I recently went through a re-design for both my blogs. New year - new templates - new look. -
If you mean design, pretty much. It's all mine, for good or ill. As for content, I would be happy with the theme if had one. Oh well, it's still early days, and the search for the grand unifying theme continues. -

I noticed the background is unmovable when you scroll. Are you happy with that? Because honestly I never liked when the background is stuck while I scroll and everything else moves.

No, I'm not.
I'm thinking of getting the Thesis wordpress theme because I hear it's easy to customize (HAH! I've heard THAT one before.)
I like a lot of things on my blog but the overall template? No.-
I actually liked your theme. Goes well with the whole feel of things. But I guess if you're not happy then it's time for a change. I hate the whole process of changing themes though. It's a killer!

FOR NOW, I'M HAPPY WITH MY THEME.. maybe for the future I'm looking fr premium theme.. -
WP Free Theme. I have tried & then changed my theme for at least 10 times during the last 4 months. The problem is with regards to IE compatible. The Authors claimed that it's IE compatible. You got to try it out yourself.
Any suggestions by theme designers?

I haven't had a theme I'm happy with since I left blogspot a long time ago. I change frequently. -

By the way, a word of advice: any theme you ever get, make sure the background where your posts will appear on is white. Any other color for backgrounds I had such a difficult time with for soo many reasons I can't even name right now. -
I agree that most of my readers prefer white but I had a couple who prefer black. My original wp theme was dark brown, and when I changed to a white theme I got several emails from those who said white was too bright for them, they were in the minority though.

I am absolutely happy for now. Recently after getting my own domain name, I have changed my blog theme from three column to two column. It's nice! -
Yes, I am. I recently wanted to change mine and spent days looking and testing and tweaking (ofcourse at night, when I don't get traffic) and finally decided I like what I have.
I did recently purchase a domain name and update the banner though. It's even different from what is listed here on BC

You can always use the Theme Tester Plugin which won't show changes made to your blog to your readers until you want them to see it.

I'm always critical of my layout and design. Then again, I see it all the time so it's normal for me to criticise it. I think the real question though is not whether I think it looks good but whether my readers think it looks good. So far, there haven't been any complaints.

I absolutely despise mine. I've been trying to learn how to change it for what seems like eons. Ok, maybe months. I want to make a banner and a button, along with a few other changes. No matter what I try, it doesn't work. (It's me, not the computer. lol)
However, I can't afford to shell out big bucks to have someone else do it for me - nor do I want to be dependent on them to fix/change things. This is a hot button issue for me right now - but I'm glad you brought it up. It's interesting to see what everone else has to say. -
I'm going to upgrade the one for my humor blog so it's less... Blogspotty looking. Just something a little more professional. There's one I think will work better, I will need to install it.-

Not really, it's all a bit dull but my primary focus is on my writing, not the graphology. I should probably try and make it look more visually interesting at some point though. -

I have a very simple theme for my blog.. a single primary colour.
I am of the opinion that it is the content that matters more than the visual impact. -

I liked the theme I have now a lot when I first got it, but it is still not exactly what I am looking for. I eventually want to create my own, but I need to find the time to do that first. -
No my theme is no where near, in fact it's the only thing letting my blog down at the minute. Just don't find the time to start messing with it. -
No I'm not happy with it. I wish I could change it somehow. But I'm not a graphic designer so I've kinda given up.-
Well you can purchase a theme or you can get a lot of free Wordpress themes in a lot of places online.

I was a huge fan of your previous casino theme, but the new one is still pretty sleek and defines your blog better.

Thanks mate. Yeah the new one does define my blog better. The casino theme made people think it's all based on casino stuff. And also the casino theme had a header that was way too big and only had 2 columns.

Question: Are you happy with your blog theme?
I have two blogs registered here at BC. One is free hosted at wordpress.com and I have chosen the best magazine style theme that I can without purchasing a CSS upgrade and hacking my own CSS style sheet. My intention is to keep this blog at the minimum free hosted level without purchasing any upgrades so I can relate to, write for and publish posts for those who are just beginning to use wordpress.com blogs. Relatively speaking and without becoming nit picky, I'm satisfied with it.
My second blog is a wordpress.org install on my own blog where I'm using the Visionary theme. It's extremely flexible and very easy to customize. I have work to do on it but at this stage I'm satisfied with what I have in terms of what work I have put into it.-
