Do you watch watch you eat and exercise regularly?

Very much so. I always feel guilty if I have had something bad to eat like fish and chips. I exercise every day, I take health food supplements like omega 3 which I hope will help heart disease. The slimming aid and antioxidant Green tea. Vitamin B3 to try and lower cholesterol. and Garlic and vitamin C to protect against infection.

I am aware of the fact I NEED to watch what I eat and exercise a couple times a week. I usually am good for a few weeks and go back to my old habits. sugarcomplexion.blogspot.com

Only watch what I eat. I go for organic and less processed food so I'm an avid label reader. I don't exercise which I know I should.
