Have you too noticed similar behaviour in you?

Question:
How come I can remember everything I did, said and wore in second grade, but I can't remember where I left the car keys this morning? Is this early senility or insanity?

i'm the most normal person i know.
this morning i thought i'd get up and go for a run, but it went without me.
Howver, 3 people i know say that i'm the most complex person they have ever met, i think they just don't understand that some brains multi process but others really want to but don't realise that that way of thinking exists. But currently i'm trying to simplify everything in my life by creating a diary. -
It is certainly not normal to be normal all the times. And to forget where you left the carkeys this morning but still able to recollect what happens in schooldays is also normal. It's just that our brains are effectively functioning when we are young but not as well as time goes by. That certainly doesn't mean early senility or insanity. One enjoy life more if you can just relax at times and be nutty instead of taking everything seriously. So to summarize it is normal to be like accousticguitarist, offendedblogger,kdawg68,puffmatty and the rest of the nuts in BC. Believe it, we are perfectly normal.

completely and utterly nuts right here... and my latest blog post should prove that, where I muse, nay rant, on 'the destiny and life fulfillment goals of the postpak' ... you know, those little bubbly envelopes you post fragile things in? spherikus.blogspot.com

Really I am normal.... mostly........ sort of? -
Ah: no comment. See my "Narcissus-X" blog( narcissus-x.blogspot.com/ ) (shameless self-promotion there).
And, be kind: NX is supposed to be a sort of joke. Although I just might have a bit of that nut case in me.

What is the definition of normal? It can't be just like everyone else as everyone is different in someway. Am I nuts? Well my picture is not in the dictionary yet so I must be doing something right

Sometimes I think I am the only normal one, and everyone else is crazy. Since everyone else outnumbers me, this makes it appear that I am in fact the crazy one (when I am actually not)! I do not cry at chocolate commercials. I don't think I have ever even cried for chocolate. I hear the price of chocolate is going up, and that may just be something to cry about? If you ever read a few of my posts, I still don't think I am the nutty one here!

I read, decades ago, a definition of what a "normal" person would be like. It was written by psychologists (possibly psychiatrists).
The 'normal' person was so utterly bland that, should he/she/it (I don't think the distinction would matter) walk into the room, the impression would be that someone had left.

I'm afraid of garden knomes...yeah
what is normal anyway? And who decides what is considered normal or not? I agree with Sylvia.
I'm certifiable but happily so

I have a secret story to share...
I took an "early senility test" which I found on a Magazine with questions like "how often do you lose the keys of the car? 1)never 2)almost never 3)every week 4)everyday 5)what the car's keys are for?" and the like.
The good news: I ranked on about 80% probability of being suffering some sort of early senility
The bad news: I took that test about 10 years ago
But seriously, talking about craziness, every pre-conception you can have about it gets shattered when you read the book "Veronika decides to die" from Paulo Coelho. It's an excellent book which I highly reccommend. To save you the search I went to amazon to find if it's in english (as I've read it in spanish), and it is, the link is below.

I'm pretty normal, but a little absent minded. A while back, my children were sitting a few feet from me speaking to their dad on speaker phone on my cell phone. I could see and hear them. The whole time, I was looking everywhere for my cell, which they were talking on. Finally I decided to ask their dad (who was busy talking to my kids) if he would ring my phone so I could find it. That's one of the stupidest things I've done.

i didn't click on the link because im almost off work.. but i do have one more thing to say... i think were all a little crazy in our own ways, haha.. believe it or not i don't believe that anyone is normal.. because how do we know what normal is if everyone is suppose to be different and unique??
