Artist's are really insane and unpredictable people?

Why do artist's have mood swings, unpredictable behavior and becomes very touchy.? This I never understood. I am never a moody person myself, but yes.. sometimes I become hyper for unusual things.

We're not ALL moody, unpredictable & touchy. Perhaps you need to ask some of the people you've worked for, since they fit your assumption.
