Need to share---I'm continue to enjoy the benefits of at-home workout DVDs! I use the Leslie Sansone low-impact workouts with trememdous results--the newest releases at the Target stores include boosters too! Continually amazed at the comment "I don't have the time to exercise", I am reminded that we can always find the 20 minutes we need for a healthier lifestyle...it's a choice!
What other workouts have any of you used successfully to supplement low-impact cardio? I'd love to continue to strengthen my muscles and vary the exercises from time to time.

I own (and love) every Taebo dvd ever made. I also have numerous yoga ones as well (the stretching does wonders for achy muscles).

My wife and I did Tae Bo workouts together for a while. It's a good workout -- mainly for aerobics, though.

Try Solomon Yogalates DVD's...I own several of them and they are fantastic for building natural strenghth & flexibility...also good for stress & back release, you just feel good afterwords! As you can tell, I'm a big fan of these workouts. My personal favorite is the 'Energizer',this DVD comes with a pilates band for an extra challenging workout...here's the link, yogalates.com.au

Was curious about those kettlebells. Going to check into it further; wasn't sure if they were just another 'fad' in the world of workouts. Sounds great, though!

I used to do exercise at home. I even have a running machine but I don't have time now. I prefer to blog than to exercise.
