average # of visitors in your site per day

how many visitors do you get each day?
i think i only have 25-30/ day since i started blogging 3 weeks ago

300 to a blog I dont use much anymore
Dont worry about the visitors concentrate on your blogging and content.
The visitors will come sooner or later-

Like Chris says... don't worry about your numbers. Keep writing and developing content, your numbers will increase the longer you work at it. -
I use statcounter.com and according to them, last week I had on average 141 page loads per day; 83 of those were actual visitors and 58 of those were new visitors. -
oh my. i have a long way to go. i don't know how you guys generate traffic like that. i'd be happy to even get 100 a day at the moment

well,you only started 3 weeks ago! I don't really know what I did to be honest, lol. I came here and mybloglog and found blogs that I enjoyed, then I went and commented on them and it just grew from there. But I'm blogging as a hobby, not for profit. There are lots of other tips people can give you if you're blog is your business.

nope. im blogging to amuse and satisfy myself and to fill my curiousity as well, although it doesn't hurt to earn from it on the side. do u have loyal readers or get new visitors each time? thanks btw.

Both, people who visit my blog on a regular or semi-regular basis are listed on my blogroll on my page, but I visit their blogs regularly as well ... so it works both ways. I meet new bloggers all the time tho, mostly thru blogs I visit. Sometimes I'll notice someone's comments and think they're funny, so that prompts me to then visit their page & make a comment ... and then they usually visit my page ... and it goes from there. Sometimes people fade away, but you get to knew people after a while and it can be a lot of fun.
I just dropped by your page ... looks good! I'm sure you'll get lots of visitors.
Edit: re the joining neighbourhoods/friends, I did that a lot when I first joined, but I never do now. But everyone's different. I'm just not that organized, lol.

I just started my blog a few days ago.
I really don't get caught up in the "numbers game" part of it. -
About 700 visitors/day - down from about 1200 a couple of months ago. I just got tired blogging about TV links. I really need a change in my life. -
how did you have so many visitors , have you been blogging for awhile?

Last month I had around 700 visitors ... 23 per day ... this month 900 so far ... 50 per day ... looks like traffic is improving -
last month my average visitor/day is 565
now on dec: 282 visitors/day,
i am decreasig, i dont know why??-
There are a number of reasons that it might happen:
-posting less than usual
-not marketing as much
-content not as good as last month's
-not appealing design
-or if you've made certain changes to the blog in the past month you may want to reassess those changes.

wow! i think i am the lowest lol!
i only get average of 20 visitors a day, based on my mapstats -
i started blogging about 3 weeks ago also and i'm averaging about 30 visitors per day like you bianca.
keep working hard and make it happen! -
I average about 1 visitor every two hours, according to feedburner. I think it must be more because my landing page shows numbers in the thousands, and I've had my blog up and running only since July (I had a couple of posts in 2007 while I was trying to figure out what to blog about and how the content management system worked). -
I blog for fun. I'm lucky if I get a visitor a week.
I blog because I love to write...so i write. -

I get anywhere from 175 - 500 a day. Average: 300 probably. But I now try to concentrate more on content and connecting with those that visit. Forming lasting relationships as I find it more rewarding.

I don't get anybody. I have to beg my family and friends to look at it. They tell me to get a life. oh well. -

No way. We have others that have more.
What blows my mind is that members keep resurrecting this thread. Why? Who cares how many hits someone else's blog(s) get? Every blog is different and apple and orange comparisons have no value.

Probably about 5 a day. So if you want to visit it will be highly appreciated. -
I'm only getting 30-50 visitors a day, even tho my 10-month old blog is on page 1 of Google's SERP for "article writing." Go figure.
If you want to know for sure how many visitors you're getting, install the Google analyticator plugin into your blog. Or add the Google Analytics code to your website. It's a great tracking tool! -

I just started blogging about a month ago. I took a couple of weeks off while I was transferring my blog from Blogger to Wordpress. So far I enjoy Wordpress, but it is so frustrating to only get around 30 visitors to the site on average per day. I blog about Philadelphia sports so during the games I watch and update the blog while also trying to market. It slowly works and I average one comment a night. Does anyone have any suggestions for improving my blog or for helping to market it? I am trying to have fun while making some money, but to make money I know I have to build up a strong site. My blog covers conservative politics and I used to get over 400 a day somedays, but I quit blogging several months and am just now getting back into it and am averaging about 20 visitors, you have to focus on content and update it daily as the visits were down to around 3 to 5 when I just started back that is a big fall from where I was at. -
I get 500-600 a day, sometimes even more.I´m pretty happy of that... -
Am just started working on my blog, that is why i get 20-30 visitors/daily.
