    Know something...we should have a "post your homemade bbq sauce recipe" contest.

    I know with Friday here, I'm dying to fire up the ole charcoal grill and cook me some ribs and chicken.

    Nothing beats betting on Saratoga and Del Mar AND cooking ribs&chicken (well, apart from when I missed my beloved Bullsbay at 40/1 the other week because I was adding that all-too-crucial "last coat" of saucey goodness to some delicious chicken thighs).

    I'm not a BBQ sauce fan, although I do love to grill. I prefer a savory marinade with lots of garlic (and soy sauce for beef).

    Mmm, I got so distracted by grilling that I forgot to welcome you, BBQ Gurus. Enjoy BC (but don't drop your link in other discussions. It's a no-no, here, for the most part.)

      Thanks all...I will not drop the link in any more discussions. The BBQ shop will be carrying grills, smokers and other accessories. I hope to have that finished here before to much longer. I continue to work and improve it so enjoy!
