Been a while...

What up, peeps?
It's been a while...too long. Probably a month or so at least since I've really been able to connect with any of ya'll. The reasons were many fold (started a new job -same company but new duties/reporting structure, just a month away from child #2, etc.)
From some of the correspondences I've received, it seems there were some funny stories floating around out there:
- According to Anin, I was off stalking the Chinese women's beach volleyball team (note: I can neither confirm or deny this allegation...next question, please....and no, I don't have Xue Chen in a crudely dug out pit somewhere being instructed to "put the lotion on her skin...").
- I ran off with Anok to make mutant ninja/horse offspring (As if - she gets charged the same stud fee as every other mare).
- I was called up to Valhalla after correctly pointing out that God was cheering for the Philadlphia Phillies in the World Series.
- I was gathering friends from the local Sci-Fi convention with which to arm in "Colonial Marine" attire and convince Thriftshop of the awesomeness that was Aliens.
Nah, sadly it's been less exciting than that. The past month has gone about like this:
- Curlin lost, then retired. There goes my hero. He'll always be my champ.
-Alabama is freakin' 12-0, #1 in the nation, and 2 games away from a national title in the year of our lord Saban 2? Unreal
-Amy is bursting at the gut with what appears to be a 10 lb baby. Either that or I grossly understimated the amount of turkey she consumed.
-Teen Wolf Too continues to air with astonishing semi-regularity on the movie channels.
-Some election happened. I don't know, you may have heard of it.
-Oh yes, and I made another of those little highlight videos I'm fond of, this time for the undefeated super-filly Zenyatta. It's set to "Slow Cheetah" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Check it out if you are so inclined.

Anyhow, I missed you all, and rather than try and message everyone of you here I care about, I figured why not use the discussion board.
Belated happy Thanksgiving to all and happy early Christmas/Kwanza/Channukah/Winter Solstice/Easter/Flag Day/Different Strokes Day/Punky Brewster Day.

As the last post I remember from you was about Curlin retiring, I assumed you had gone off into some ritual mourning that I wouldn't understand. I'm glad to hear that things are less dire (or depressing) than that. Welcome back! -
