I have a beer blog. Actually It's a storytelling blog, but I always include a beer review as one unifying theme.

How many of you have never had a beer outside of the mass produced?: Bud, Miller, Coors, Heineken, Strohs, Corona, you get my drift.

What is your favorite outside of your comfort zone? Would you be shocked that there are hundreds of breweries and thousands of great beers available, most awesomely better than the TV commercials say?

Maybe, depending on where you live. If he's in NJ, definitely prep school. If in Belgium, it's likely OK. In between, we better check.

I got a new one yesterday at Total Wine--He'Brew Jewbelation. Those dudes at Schmaltz are funny with their names.

The best beer I had was in New Orleans at some micro brewery (cant remember the name) and the glasses it was served in was huge. My ex got one about 4 ft tall (not joking at all here) The one I got was smaller but I still got a buzz off of it. The nastiest beer I have had well there are two here the clamato and bud (really nasty) and a blackened voodoo ane it felt like you swalloed something fuzzy and it lingered in the back of your throat.

    4. amybyrd21
a very dark beer that is kind of thick (the best way to describe it as it lingers in your mouth)beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/404/1186/

I have a Blackened Voodoo in my fridge right now. It's been a while since I've had it, but for some reason I keep passing it up each day for something else.

      Hey Amy.

Probably Abita, the best beer. Yes, skip clamato. And those giant beers, yards, are very fun. Did it come with a wooden support?

I was lucky enough to be brought up by real ale drinkers, so have been sampling beers of all types since I was little. It is definitely an acquired taste, which I have happily acquired

I checked out your blog today and really liked what little I saw of it. I'll be back when I have more time and will definitely be expanding my beer tasting (so your reviews better be spot on ).

Don't doubt them, and ask if you are a weakling. There is something for everyone that doesn't include the mass beers.
