do you find most attractive/cool?
Maybe because I grew up watching (and sobbing to)their movies and still find Amitabh Bachchan HOT! But personally I find India, the costums and culture fascinating and would love to go there someday. But then again, it could be due to the fact that I've had Jai Ho on replay all day
So what is yours?

Japan is a pretty fascinating culture. I've always wanted to go there. Perhaps I'll get to do that some day.

Italy! I love Italy--love everything about it. It's such a beautiful country--I love the Mediterranean and OMG--the food and culture in Italy is fabulous.
My favorite city in the world is London. Paris comes a close second and I also love Amsterdam and Geneva.
I am half Egyptian and the first time I returned to Egypt and saw the pyramids, it was one of the most emotional experiences of my life. Egypt is a very depressing country in many ways but the pyramids are unbelievable. I felt a deep connection with Egypt when I finally went back.-
melindaville, you really loved Egypt but also found it depressing. That suggests that the old adages, "there is no place like home" and "distant pastures seem greener", can both be correct at the same time.
My favourite city in all the world is also London, followed by Paris, Tel Aviv, Amsterdam and Venice. By I would desperately miss Australia's beaches, great weather, English language and love of sport.
Can't have everything, I suppose.

Apart from my own country (Australia), I have only lived in two other countries for long periods of time: Britain and Israel.
I am passionate about Britain because of the history, architecture, art, music, literature and green countryside, but I loathe the weather.
I am passionate about Israel because of the history, architecture, art, music, literature, food and weather, but the country is so tiny (114 ks wide), I am constantly claustrophic there. -
For me it's Hispanic culture; even strangers seem to have a joyous energy lacking in the average Briton. I think that sense is added to by a delightful language best spoken with bobbing intonation.
East Asian culture intrigues me too, but more because it's such a mystery to me. We hear so little about it, despite the area making up a fifth of the world's population. -
