Best birthday or Christmas present ever?

My girlfriend's birthday is in few days and I have been looking everywhere to get her something really different especially something not too common, so I was wondering if could give me ideas or just share what has been your favorite birthday, Christmas or whatever present ever.
Lets say I will not be spending more than a couple hundred Euros... that is the plan though...

Do you think so? I mean I want her gift to be really thoughtful... she is not just my girlfriend we have been living together for a while so I want to give her something really especial... Thanks for the idea though
By the way... we are going to Austria for her birthday so I can not carry something too big!-
