Best time to travel Europe

I know that there is no such thing as 'bad' time to travel Europe. But seriously, I don't like to travel in cold and I don't want my pics showing only my teeth when I am smiling in front of Eiffel and rest of me hidden behind a big heavy jacket, mufflers, gloves.
I was thinking of travelling in November end. What do you suggest?

Wow, so Amsterdam, Paris, London, Rome, all in one travel. That is really fantastic, you will love it!
As for the blogroll at NaBloPoMo, maybe you can best sent a message to Eden Marriott Kennedy. She is the owner and her name is on the frontpage. If you click it you get to see her page where you can sent here a message.

Personally, I have found that traveling either right at the beginning of summer before May 15 or after Sept. 15. This gives you the window of opportunity for good weather without the heavy crowds. It also is when travel rates are lower for airfare, hotels, restaurants etc. The one disadvantage of end of season is that most people are tired of travelers by then. Hope that helps.

September & up to mid October usually have pleasant weather. Rome will be the warmest. And best of all, no crowds. Spring can also be a good time. Except for possible rains. I definitely will never return to Paris in April, having once fallen for that line. I don't remember how much time I spent there that April, but I remember it rained every day, I ruined 2 pairs of shoes and ended up traipsing around that elegant city in soggy flip flops.
