      Join social network as much as you can. You can join country wise too.
      I have atleast 60 realtime from around the world they visit my blog regularly. They help me on many of my mistake too. I do offline Advertising in newsppaer etc

   ideally what you want to do is get listed in shopping comparison sites.. you can do this yourself by searching google, or if you want to outsource it, you can visit www.traffic2mypage.com/recommends/linkstomall.htm to get your site listed to 12000 shopping comparison sites
   
   also sell small shoe related items on ebay like shoelaces or anything that will sell in abundance... im not sure what that is but you can do some research.. then in each sale include your business card in each sale

    IMHO there is no single best way to get traffic. Any advice we give you is dependent upon what you have already done to get traffic. In blogging content is king, hence, it's the draw to your site. There are no shortcuts to increasing organic traffic, which is the only traffic that has any lasting value. Increasing traffic is the natural consequence of relationship building.
    Here are some ways to promote your blog and increase your readership.

    submit your site first blog directories,bookmarking sites,feeds,press release sites and last one is link exchange related theme sites...and you got more traffic and more money.It means once you get PR to your site its automatically generate traffic and money.

    yep i agree... 70% of clicks are on the top 3 search positions in google.. so get a high ranking in your keyword!
