Beware: Credit Card fraud by TLG* Everyday Values

I was hit by credit card fraud yesterday, by a horrible outfit called TLG* Everyday Values. They have been fraudulently putting charges on people's credit cards for YEARS, and have even had at least one big class action suit brought against them, which they LOST (to the tune of $25 million)... And they are STILL doing it!!
They hit my credit card with a $69.99 charge. I'd never even heard of them until this morning. Below is a site about the class action suit:

Anyway, just a word to the wise to keep a lookout for their name on your credit card bill... some people never noticed unauthorized billings from them, and they just kept on billing these people over and over again!
As for my situation, I've called my credit card company and they have begun the process of disputing the charge. I am hoping it won't take too long to get back my stolen funds. Then I'll be canceling that card, as these TLG* people have charged people again even after they've caught defrauding them. TLG* Everyday Values is one nasty piece of work!
If you google their name, you find a ton of complaints about them.

Good to see you again Jaya -- it's been awhile. Good heads up about checking ones credit card statement closely for unauthorized or fraudulent charges as it does happen all too often. -

Yes, you can bet that I will
