It's been a few days playing with Bing and keeping my ears open and reading articles mostly full of speculation on reasons for different rankings. This is what I've come up with for you, so far:

codesucker.blogspot.com/2009/06/bing-seo-part-2-some-answers-more.html

The post describes the differences in Bing and Google rankings and tries to explain the reasons for them by going through a couple test Tim from seowizz performed, he's also a BC member, Timmim.

Check out the bing tv ads too, heres a more direct link to that:

just in case you don't want to read my post ;P

This is fantastic. I found the reading very easy to do so. Commented on your blog.

    Very interesting reading.
Is that the Bing Logo? If so they have not been honest with people.
It implies sex (as all nude women do) but they have eliminated any searches with the word "sex" in it for other countries. It's okay if you are living in the USA or Canada, the "sex" search will be done. Why block some and not all?

Just checked out Bing for the first time after reading your post. Interesting looking site and I did do a quick search using my niche keywords and was happy to see my blog site in the #1 spot for several search results. Now if I get the traffic from Bing, that is the big question.
