Birds and the Bees

Thank God i've never had this talk with my parents when i was a child. But that was back then. This generation, i think it's a good thing to talk to kids about Sex. I was talking to my cousin who has a kid in elementary school. What age/grade is good to talk about the birds and the bees?

    When they start asking direct questions about it. Some kids mature quicker than others so hard to say what age

    Well, I had this talk with by Dad, when I was 11 I still remember it because it was him in a very awkward situation and was struggling to explain. I was only looking forward to dinner.
