Maybe we could all put a few dollars together for the guy to go and cuddle dolphins, but I think we'd really have to ask some basic questions to that guy e.g. Can you swim?

Close. Darwin Awards are for people who remove themselves from the gene pool through some kind of incredibly stupid behaviour. Had the panda killed this guy, I would have nominated him for a Darwin Award.
Since he survived his unbelievably moronic stunt, he's only eligible for an Honourable Mention. Maybe next time...
