Hi, I'm Wonder Woman and I'm a blog-aholic. I love reading blogs, writing, and getting to know people throughout the "blogosphere" Indeed, some may say it's an addiction. This is a support group for blog addicts: Those who feel the incessant need to read, write, comment, and promote blogs. I know there are others like me out there... well, I hope there are.

I am NINE, I am also a blog-aholic. Although the last few weeks I have been so busy with work that I have neglected my blog. I had planned on catching up tonight but I spent all my time on this discussions thing...
Nonetheless, I read a large handful of blogs on a daily basis and am constantly looking for new blogs to take up more of my time. -
i used to blog three.. sometimes four times a day, it was a sickness and it was getting worse. I overcame my addiction though, now i can barely post once a month.
-
Hello, it's nice (some would say it's sad) to meet other blog-aholics.
I have to admit, i'm addicted. to learning, reading, writing... i know it can get on my girlfriends' nerves sometimes, but i can't help it!
What to do to cure ourselves? (if we actually wanna be blog-sober) -
I am more of a blog reading addict than a blog writing addict. I may be slowly swinging the other way, though. Frankly I'm amazed I've managed to average a post per day over the past month. It's been fun so far! I just fear that someone will eventually throw back the curtain and see that I am, in fact, speaking entirely from my butt.
On a related note, I really, really, should clean out my Google Reader. Not only do I subscribe to 70-80 blogs, but they span 10-15 completely unrelated topics! Ah, the curse of the information junkie. -
I didn't realize how much I actually type! The other day my mom was over and she was talking to me, I was looking at her and typing away. She completely stopped what she was saying and said, "Wow! You're good!" At first I didn't know what she was talking about. I guess typing is second nature to me now.

Hi WonderWoman,
My maternal language is Castilian or the Spanish. I use translators online to translate the English. The 9 of December of 2005, I began my blog on photographies found in Flickr. The commentaries of the photographies are written in Spanish, some have translation to the English. At the moment there are 335 entrances in my blog. -
I'm new to Blogcatalog. I had listed one of my blogs a couple of years ago but didn't do much about it then - was just exploring and forgot about this place. But over the past 12 months blogging has become a real addiction and I now own 11 blogs that I submit to fairly regularly, some a few times a week, others at least monthly.
So, I'm on an exploration trip at the moment to find out about a number of blogging networks. -
My name is Scott and I am addicted to blogging. Thanks to great sites and great communities, I am able to better feed my need and reduce my withdrawals. When I am not blogging, I am thinking about blogging. They say misery loves company but I'm happy as "watch yo' mouth"
-one day at a time, one blog at a time, people-
Aw, thanks, WonderWoman. *blush, blush* You started this one, you are the real inspiration. kucau, Billiam, welcome to BAU! We've got plenty of space in the BC neigborhood, pull up some grass and sit down. Today, we will cover step 2 of our 12 Suggested Steps of Blog Addicts Unanimous where we..
2). Come to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity. (and, no, web 2.0 is not that power, people)

-
You kindly invited us all to BAU with open arms. I summarized Step 1 a little over 24 hours ago.
Welcome to BAU, ChattieKat, glad you made it. Like the rest of us, you've just taken the First Step and admitted that you are powerless over blogging. United we stand, let's stick together.
-one blog at a time, people
WonderWoman, have you been blogging? C'mon, stay focused, sweetie, we gotta stick together. If batman (or robin or whoever) is being a bad influence, you let BIG scott know, alright?
(I did a google search for AA steps when i saw your discussion)
Are we ready for step 3? -
you the BIG boss, WW, I'm just here for the support. (i haven't hit refresh this much since, well, i dont know since when but, man, my pc's on like auto refresh)
also, i noticed you said you type without looking at the screen? We may need to have a sit down with you, miss. That's some serious bloggaholicness.
anywhoo, be back later, got's to tend back to this Wallhogging work, we do it BIG! -
LOL, yeah, I see that. I would highly recommend the google toolbar with spell check. I stare at the keyboard and type with 2 fingers, myself. Every now and then I get carried away and TRY to type fast, that's where my trusty old spell check comes into play. My sister is a legal secretary and she types like a machine, no looking at screen and talking while she types..I have no idea how it's done, I just thank God for my trusty two index fingers.
-
I'm a blog addict too! I spend several hours per day roaming around the blogosphere. And I post to my own blog practically every day - sometimes multiple posts in a day!
-
My name is Bill and I am a blogoholic. It's been 11 hours since I have last blogged. Everybody says it's an addiction, but I can quit anytime.

I don't know, ya'll, kind of reminds me of when people on tv have their faces shadowed out and you just hear a voice. ya'll know what I'm talkin about, huh? or like darthvader and you just hear breathing...hhhhhhh hhhhhhhh hhhhhhh hhhhhhhh
btw, welcome, AngeldaVinci, that's a very pretty name and avatar you've got there. pleasure to have you join the meeting.
welcome to you, too, batttlerocker, this ain't new orleans and I ain't got no fancy beads but, if you want to, show your.....face
-
-
Raising my hand in shame...hey-admitting it is the first step-right? I don't want to quit, though :O)
-
I am mad about blogs and love to read them but kind of get writers block sometimes when needing to update mine.
I am also an internet addict as I found out when my ISP went offline for a day recently...I walked aimlessly around in circles all day.
Glad to see I am not alone
-
-
Love your dogs scottalk.
Well I updated one of my blogs today and caught up with my emails as I am getting around 1000+ a day and most aren't spam so it's easy to get behind. Being Africa it's almost my bedtime.
So catch up with you all tomorrow for another exciting day in cyberspace
-
hi...I'm Marjie. I'm also a blog addict! If there's an A.A. version of blogging, I think I'd be qualified to sign up. Please feel free to visit my blog at polypocket.blogspot.com for a better view of my addiction.
thanks for the support! -
I'm drafting my first novel as a blog. It's in retrospect, and I'm interspersing the chapters with things that are going on at the moment. I'm hooked, completely. Kaetie
-
Ok, intresting, I started blogggin gabout three monts ago as a substitution for my former drug adiction, works!;-) But right now I'm in danger to get bad marks in my course of studies, need help!!!! And Billiam don't give my the shit of "I can quit wherever I want", erverybody sais that.
-
welcome, dalan, glad you could make it to BAU! We'd love to be your support group. WonderWoman is currently fighting crime in the superworld, she will be back later, for sure. We do ask that you watch it with the 'S bombs', though, some people may be offended with potty talk like that. Besides that, no hard feelings, at all, please. I am headed to check your site(s) right now. Thanks for stopping by, please do come back, we're all in this together.

Blogging is making its way to my top three addictions which are:
1. My family
2. Music
3. Sports
4. Blogging
I'm going to let it go as far as it can take as for the moment it's not an impediment neither for my family life nor for my job.
The point is that I like the community/reading/discussion rather than blogging itself, but anyway 3-4 times per week I try to post something that can captivate your attention, hope it really does.
Keep well, see you around.
Andy -
-
No worries, for real, dalan, I ain't tryin to bust your 'hey now!', at all. I drop them bombs (and then some) myself, perhaps a little more than I'd like to admit.
Thanks for dropping in and joining this discussion. We ALL really appreciate it. BTW- great sites, you've got some beautiful art displayed.

Hey there, I'm Ricardo and I'm a blog addict. If not writing then I'm reading them. It has to stop as it's sucking away my free time in which I could be doing more. Everytime I try to escape I'm pulled back in. I will beat this, even if I have to blow apart the blog by hitting the delete button.

Hi. Um, I'm J.D. and I am a blog-aholic. I don't want help though. I didn't have a life in the first place!
-
Yeah, same here, doctor, been blogging (as usual) and, since yesterday, I have been getting a lot of emails back from some of the photo lovers/photographers/artists saying that they would be honored to have their work (images/art) displayed in our Wallhogs BIG art Daily on the BIG Wallhogs Blog so, for that, Iam most enthused. To hear these people thank me for considering them gives me gooebumps and brightnes up my day even more. Here I am, trying to think BIG and share BIG and these people are lovin it, BIG. But, back to my weekend....been great!, taking it one day at a time, one blog at a time, blogging (with some great emails), had a late night carne asada treat with some friends and, now, I am headed to do some cardio real quick. Later on today, there is a BBQ at some fellow New Orleanian's house around 330, it going to be BIG, too! I hope you (and the rest of BAU) enJOY the remainder of your weekend. Take care, I'll be back!
-
p.s. If anyone would like to have their work displayed in our Wallhogs BIG art Daily, drop me a line, we'd love to have you in our BIG community. You, will obviously be credited for your image(s) and will receive a LINK back to your site....no tricks, no scams, no reading between the lines, just share BIG, get recognized BIG and be BIG, officially. Drop me a line.
the BIGger the better,
Scott and BIG scott's scottalk

Hi, all, I have been away for less than 24 hours and I am sorry to admit that I have been blogging. I blogged all day and, for that, I am sorry. I am back, now, and I am ready to move on with you all.
I hope you all have a wonderful day (night if you are in that geographical area), take care, happy blogging!

-
Hey, WonderWoman, thanks for the support. It's been about 15 seconds since I last blogged. I am feeling pretty blogtastic right now, kind of on a roll. I will take time off, I promise.
BTW- had some wierd dreams last night and I think all that talk of dreams on your blog post may have been the reason. People from Chrisitan Brothers, my 5th-7th grade grammar school were in it, which is odd. hhhhhmmmm and it makes me wonder! Take care, WW, see you around. -
No mam, I just had dream with some of my fellow classmates in it. It was like a BIG party or something and noticed classmates there...kind of cloudy but I remember some specific classmates...but, there was definitely no blogging about chrisitan brothers involved. Of course, that is not to say that I am not dependant on blogging, I just didn't have any blogging in that dream...
you know what's really weird? ...It seems that if you try and think too hard and remember one of (or all) your dreams, they kind of escape the mind and are forgotten (guess i should be writing but, I really don't like to get all heavy and down n dirty with dreams; ima weird cat, ima dream up some weirdness, for sure. This BAU is really nicesssssss!
I hope you're not charging by the hour, Dr., cause I'm just a blogger,
Super Dr WonderWoman, when you sleep, is it one BIG dream or is is a set number of dreams?
Scotty Doesn't Know -
I like this Dr. business!
Clinically speaking of the general population, it is unknown weather a dream is one continuous dream throughout the night or many. The problem is that dreams are often remembered so disjointedly that it's hard to draw conclusions based on the dreamers memory- which is all we have to go on. We can distinguish through brain waves the stages of sleep, but most scientists and doctors are unable to read minds.
But when I dream, it's all one big dream.
(your first session is free) -
viv:
Hi, viv, welcome to BAU. Do what you do, girlfriend, I don't know how you girls put up with all that hair much less fix it everyday but, there is no need to search for a Rehab, you're in one! Dr. Super WonderWoman started this support group for all of us and when she's not hear, she's fighting crime in the Super World and looking for cowboys. We are all glad you could make it, please do make like a tree and stick around
Dr. SWW:
I like that word, disjointedly, and I am very impressed with your explanation and knowledge regarding dreams; you never seize to amaze me WW. But, I guess that's why they call you Dr. Super WonderWoman! And, I think I am like you, when I dream, it's all one BIG dream. And thanks for the freeby, I appreciate it. Also, I am no cowboy nor do I like tight wrangler jeans and trucks with cow horns but, I'll be your Huckleberry (just kidding, I am happily in a long distance relationship, texting 'I miss you' and 'I love you' back and forth, numerous times daily)
-
Hi, I'm viv, and I'm a blogaholic, too. I was thinking of shaving my head and going into rehab for a couple weeks...
-
I am a blogaholic, but it also seems I am becoming a Blog Catalog Discussion Forum-aholic too.
Is there no end to this cycle of PAIN? -
Hi, I hope it's not too late to join in the discussion. I'm Sophiagurl and I'm a self-confessed blogaholic=) Sad thing, I don't want to be cured. Do you? =)I'm guessing not.
-
Sophiagurl, welcome to BAU, it's never too late, we are still out of milk and cookies but grab a spot, it BIG love and BIG support in here. Trying to get WonderWoman to come to Vegas in her private, I mean, invisible jet. Stay tuned, there's always something up for discussion!
-
-
Well, since this is BAU and BAU is all about opening up and fellow user support (thanks WW), we can keep this 'thread' going and discuss topics like origin and such. I don't mind. It's easier anyway! So, little bit tagalog, just what I can remember. My girlfriend is originally from Cebu....I forget the name of her language, it is different than tagalog, though (maybe sequan or something but maybe not, I can't remember).
And, although I am presently in Las Vegas, missing California, I am originally from New Orleans, the BIG easy.
I would assume you were born in Manila, have you ever been to the states? You got a BIG family, huh?
-
-
-
I keep missing you guys. Welcome to the newcomers that popped in while I was offline.
Doctor, need to ask. How do we handle the email thing ? Everytime I open the page and see 3000+ waiting my hand shakes. Even dream about them.... there is nothing in my dream book about having nightmares of emails chasing me and what it means.
Also been suffering from Blog withdrawal as had to go out in the real world and do dumb things like get food, pay bills and get someone to push the car as the battery went flat.
I wonder if we could bribe an astronaut and get those pills that you just pop in your mouth and forget about all that cooking thing ? But there again , wouldn't get many readers to my blog if I just said "take a red pill" as an entry. Can't win.-
Wow! You get a LOT of emails! I don't get that many, but I would try to focus on the one's that are most important to you. Sort them by subject or something. I'm a big fan of sorting things. I sort out the junk first and get rid of it, then the ones I know I don't need to read- ones that I know what they say already. Then I sort by subject. I guess what Scottalk said about blogs applies to email. One email at a time people, one email at a time!
-
And you are certainly doing a SUPER job, WW. We are all very thankful for your support and hospitality.
And, Jackie, that is definitely a BIG email list you got there. Hang on to those contacts, for sure, if you ever launch anything new, drop them all a line and wammmmm, immediate publicity!
Kepp on keepin on, everyone.
-
-
hey sorry I went offline for awhile, took the kids to watch Spiderman. so, that's how you learned a few tagalog words. If your girl is from Cebu, the dialect there is called cebuano. No, I'm not from a big family and yes I was born and raised here in Manila. unfortunately I haven't been to the States yet. Though I have a lot of relatives there scattered all over the place, in Vegas, California, Ohio etc.
-
cool, how was spiderman it looks pretty good. Ah, cebuano (I was close with my original guess) And, yes, emphasis on a few tagalog words, I know more cebuano phrases but you may not understand them. My girlfriend has a BIG family; I think like 10 sisters (she's the youngest/baby just like me) She still has a bunch of sisters in Philippines- her parents live in New Orleans and her sister, who used to live in New Orleans, moved to Georgia.
best of wishes to you and your family, take care
-
-
I am blogaholic, I am addicted to blogs reading and writing them. I also love this website it is awesome, it makes me even more addicted to blogging
-
-
Keep up the dedicated support and love that you'll continuously display for all of us. You'll are doing a kick butt job and I only think things will get BIGger and better. I can honestly say that I am addicted. The users, the BC moderators and these awesome discussions are all to blame. I love it all and I am addicted.
Remember, Tony, if you keep them happy, they will come.
-Scott
p.s. I hear that people are all BIG about contests with prizes/rewards, etc. Drop me a line, Tony, I've got a great BIG idea for a contest prize for you'll!!!! -
Keep things fresh! Continue with new features and listening to your users. The things that keep me addicted are: finding new stuff/friends, learning new things, and the great sense of community you've got going here. So far, BlogCatalog is the best blogging community I've found, and I love it!
I know that's not too specific, but as I think of new ideas, I'll send them your way.
Thanks for all you all do at BC. Keep it up!
-
-
Hmm... Am I the only one who is NOT a blogaholic? I can you days without it. Years even. Perhaps there is a 12 step program for you.
-
Hi! There sure is, theliterate, we're presently maxing and relaxing at step 2. Welcome to BAU, I suggest considering step 1 then step 2 so that you can get caught up with the rest of us.
This ain't no Pow-Wow but, gather round, grab some ground, break bread, open up and pass it on. Super Doctor WonderWoman will be back shortly, stay tuned.
I ain't Snoop Dogg so I aint toasting to good smoke; I am Scott, just a regular old guy, salud!
-Scott and BIG scott's scottalk

BTW- that 'W' that Snoople is throwing up is not for West Side, it's for WALLHOGS!
-
-
I do not need this for I am not a blogaholic. Hmm. I do like to change the layout and the look of the blog a lot. I've lost count over how many times I've changed it. It's fun
-
I made it all the way to the twelfth step, once, but then fell all the way back down again.
Never buy those cheap stepladders, people. It is a false economy. -
Welcome all the newbies and hi everyone
Wonderwoman, you are a doctor....I think the degree is Doctor of Blogology, isn't it ?
If you have an addiction at least being a blogaholic is the least harmful to others....unless of course you forget to feed the family, go to work or whatever. I am no good at steps...I have vertigo on ladders......so will probably just sit on step two.
About my emails mentioned above, they unfortunately need to be seen being mainly on the things I am a bit fanatical over (I am one of those save the planet, save the rain forest, save the animals types). As scotttalk says contacts can be useful...one day when I write that great e-book I shall have an instant market
I am happy with blogcatalog as it is. Nice setup, great new friends, what more could anyone ask for.-
Jackie,
You're blog is WONDERFUL! I hadn't taken the time to really look at it until today. Thanks for all of the valuable information that you provide... and thanks for calling me a Doctor!
Step 2 is fine with me too. Thanks for helping to keep BC interesting. I've enjoyed our interaction in BAU. The more friends, the better- I always say!
-
-
Hi, BAU, sorry I was not around toady, BIG scott was BIG sad for a part of the day due to BIG drama with the lady friend. However, I am back now, ready to move on. BIG drama takes a BIG toll on BIG scott but I know everything is going to be alright, especially since I've got my fellow BAU folk to count on. I have to admit, I have been blogging, too. Maybe it was an escape or maybe it was a necessity but, regardless, I know that I will make it, just like the rest of you.
Happy Blogging!-
If it does... go splash in the puddles!!! I love playing in the rain. Have you ever kissed in the rain? I haven't... I'd like to though. My mind's all over the place! I like free falling, playing in the rain, making snow angels, listening to the snow fall, crunching through autumn leaves and breaking thin puddle ice. Wanna go sky diving?
-
whooooweee, Dr, one thing at a time, Dr, one thing at a time. When I was younger, I used to love and play football out in the rain (good times, great memories). You get so dirty but it was so fun. Football in the cold, on the other hand, is a bit different. It stings when you hit someone. When I was 11, I went to Gatlinburg with the J.P.R.D football team and we played in the Thanksgiving Bowl, it was real cold but it was a lot of fun to travel and play with the BIG teams.
Kissed in the rain, hhmmm, I don't think I have, honestly (it sounds real nice, though) but, I have kissed while being in a hot tub and a pool (who hasn't, right?).
Snow Angels and listening to snow fall- sounds very pleasant and charming but, I am from New Orleans, the BIG easy, and we know no snow. But if I come across some snow, I will keep this in mind.
Crunching through autumn leaves is nice. I love that time of year, everything is so pretty and peaceful I think.
Breaking thin puddle ice- not sure what you talkin bout, Dr so I can not testify.
SkyDiving- I would be a bit scared prior to jumping but I think I would love to sky dive with you. Where?
-
You really need to experience the Utah winter to understand snow angels, the sound of snow falling, and thin puddle ice... I guess you could find it else where, but it's the best here- and no, I'm not biased at all!
I think the best place to sky dive would be in the sky... falling downward at an accelerated pace until the parachute opens and you gracefully float to the ground. Para-sailing would be really fun too I think. I just love, love, LOVE free falling! As to where in the world... it could be anywhere, as long as I don't land on jagged rocks or hot lava. Yup- no hot lava for me!-
Sounds like fun, I like roller coasters (greased lightning is my favorite) and, yes, I, too, am not a BIG fan of hot lava (although I do not know firsthand, I would imagine that it gets pretty uncomfortable)
Don;t get confused, people, this ain't eharmony, this Super Doctor WonderWoman's BAU, get better acquainted and get better connected.

I
I am not a great snow or cold weather type, probably why I live in Africa. There is snow here in the mountains if I really need it but otherwise it only snows in my city about once every 20 years.
Sky diving great but haven't done it for many years. Being ancient now I would probably break something like I did doing a team building thing in my 50's where I sailed through the trees with the greatest of ease until I smashed a bone in my foot when I hit a tree full on....spent the next 6 weeks falling up and down stairs with my crutches...amazed I didn't break something else!!
Better stick to blogging even with my addiction...safer
-
ouch, I know all about those stairs and crutches, Jackie. I used to go up on my knees and go down hopping on my right foot. I hopped everywhere when I didn't uses my crutches. I was off of my left foot for like 8-9 months (boooo!). It really makes you appreciate walking, that thing that most of us take for granted. Thanks for the continued support, Jackie!
p.s. Africa must be beautiful (if you've got pics to share, I can put some up on the BIG Wallhogs Blog, crediting you as owner with a link to your site. Let me know, we are all about BIG art). -
I'm down, I love to try new things!
This ain't Half Baked and I ain't Jim Breuer but, Don't worry, Don't worry, I'm not gonna do what everyone thinks I'm gonna do and... FLIP OUT... all I wanna know is one thing... who's coming with us? Who's coming with us, man?
When you're trying to be BIG, you gotta be everywhere, Dr,
Scott and BIG scott's scottalk
-
-
I don't know whether you can call me a blog addict yet. I started only about two months ago and I try to keep a daily schedule, although I must confess I often miss one day or two. I need some rest after all. Anyway, it's nice to write, read and be read and commented.
-
Scottalk and WonderWoman, thank you very much for your kind consideration. Just joined this forum and still "finding out". Hope to make it with your support. Cheers
-
I'm in severe need of support today. My doubts are getting the best of me. I'm doubting that my efforts to become a better writer are working. It's just one day. These feelings will pass, but does anyone else out there have the same problem?
-
Just keep trust in what you do, and keep going!
May be you're going to be among the famous bloggers
Cheers! -
Hi my name is Daniel, I'm a blog-a-holic (Hi Daniel).
Well i started blogging a while back and now I just started my latest blogging adventure. My career is internet marketing so I don't have to work a 9-5 so most of my time is spent blogging. (what a nerd eh) -
My husband, the tired old bear, regularly goes on several forums, but when I've tried others in the past I really couldn't see the point.
but then.
Then, dear reader, Blogcatalog community came along, and even though I resisted at first, I was soon blogcataloging quite often. i started to miss it when my PC died (sob), I couldn't wait to get back on again when at last I located the laptop dongle(what a great comedy word), and now:
now I am hooked quite thoroughly and irredeemably.
Where do the hours go?
So many more blogs to read, discussions to join in with, new friends to make.....and it'so great to have somewhere where Ican write without pretending I am a cartoon dog.
what more can I say? -
-
New topic for BAU to consider. I've recently encountered a fear of blogging this does not mesh well with my addiction. I think I've overcome the fear, but it was traumatizing to deal with. I actually cried over this fear. There are many reasons to be afraid of blogging. What are some fears you've faced? How have you dealt with those fears?
-
Based on all your addictions... I dont think I will ever blog.
The google ads ads Im seeing bellow are for Workships for Sex Addicts ... and and Addiction Support Online. Does the google algo conclude that if you have one addiction to blogging you are more likely than not to also have a sexual addiction? Wonder when these ads will start to show Blog Addicts Hotline. WW perhaps you can set one up.-
Yeah, Tony, it appears that Google is under the impression that addictive behavior rolls over into all aspects of one's life. Oh well!
Hey, WonderWoman! How's your SUPER weekend, Dr?
Hi, Jackie, no worries about the blogging, it happens. And, about your photos, Jackie, like I tell all my folk, "regardless of quality, if it's on the BIG blog, it's BIG art". It's just another way to get some recognition and meet new people while sharing cool new images. If not, no worries, Jackie, we're still BIG friends! You have a great weekend as well, Jackie, see you around.
-
Long time no post, fell off my 2nd step and did another blog posting, naughty me........
Thanks scottalk for offer about pics but I tend to just use ones on the Net as, like postcards, they always look better than the ones I try to take
I see the Google adverts are different for me as one is for Blog Hosting in South Africa and the other on "Helium needs you to write, make money posting on Arts".
Have a great weekend everyone. -
I can take it or leave it, but thats what \i said about the fags and the heroin, and the crack cocain, maybe we should start a help forum for people who cant help themselfs, a bit like one flew over the cuckoo's nest.
"My names Jack and I'm addicted to blogging!"
"Very good Jack, everyone give Jack a round of applause!"
"I'll put that in my blog after."
Jack-
Welcome to BAU, jacks, glad you could make it. And I see you are a classic movie fan, jacks...nicessssss! One Flew Over Cuckoo's Nest is a must see, my friend. It has been some time since I have viewed it myself but, "If he's crazy, what does that make you?"
Take it easy, jacks, pleased to meet you.
p.s. is that avatar "Clyde" form Every Which Way But Loose? If not, it still reminds me of Clyde....."right turn, Clyde"

I'm on Probation... I can't come near a Blog.
My probation officer comes once a week to check my computer for Blog activity. Little does she know I keep a secret Blog on Windows Live Spaces. No one is bound to check there! -
You know how people drunk dial? Have you ever received a drunk "shout" to your shout box? Is this a symptom of blog addiction?
-
Sounds like a common symptom of a blog addiction, Dr. I know I've made a drunk call or two in my day so, I feel you, Dr, it happens. We're here for you, always. Don't be scurrred to shout it every now and then, that's what these BC boxes are for. Heck, even if you aren't drunk (or crunk or hyphey or whatever the kids are calling it these days), it still feels good to just let it out and say something sometimes. We're all ears, Dr, speak your piece...

My name is Bobby Revell and I am a blogoholic.
It started with just a few posts with friends, but now has turned into a fantastic journey of mind and spirit that I never expected. I shall never
quit this beneficial addiction of mine!

*stands from chair* Hello! My name is VampireFaust and I am a blog-aholic... Now, where are the doughnuts and coffee...Oh, wait. I'm allergic to wheat...just black coffee please...

I carry a pad of sticky notes on me so when I'm out I can just continue to post instead of having to talk to people.

By the way my blogs are...

momsoutthere.blogspot.com
Check them out...
See I did it again....HELP!! -
I never sleep either. The funny thing is: for the longest time, I couldn't figure out why I was so tired! It's good to see all y'all new members of BAU. BAU has been a great support for me as I hope it is for you! (I've also picked up some great ideas on how to keep up my addiction)
At least I can admit I'm an addict right? -
I have just completed a study on blogger behavior if anyone is interested: gregbecerra.blogspot.com/2007/05/meme-reverse-engineering.html

One must always get 8 hours sleep! it's good for the mind and body (though I usually only get 6 hours sleep - more than enough)

My computer is on its last legs (for a laptop).
I'm worried what I will do when it packs up before I get a new one.
I'm more worried about it's health than mine.
That must be some sort of addiction.
90% of my time on it is spent blogging -

Ah...YOU're a good doctor, huh ;)I was never being able to diagnose myself...Am I gonna look at myslef thru your glasses?

Hi Everyone and welcome to the newbies. Wondered where everyone had disappeared to.
I have always been a 3-4 hour a night person. Drove me mad until the internet came along and then blogging.
Lucky not to have glasses WonderWoman....the internet caused me to have to get glasses and I landed up with carpel tunnel problems from too much surfing so type with two fingers these days
Have a great weekend. -

What a long discussion here. I haven't replied since the last one.
I love blogging and it's my passion. -
I became addicted only two weeks into blogging. Even wrote a post about it on my first blog. Since then, have added 2 more blogs---and am getting worse.
Seriously, I learn so much and become exposed to much more insights and opinions; I'm not a TV watcher or radio listener (except for Prarie Home Companion) and find blogging very stimulating intellectually. Thanks to all my fellow bloggers. I love you all! -
Ditto! I am so hooked. But I think it is more that that. I joined this forum almost two months ago and found an adult (grown-up) place. Unlike My Space or High School. There is actually intelligence displayed on a daily basis. I can appreciate the talent and the thought that is given to an individual's blog, comment or response. This is a pretty cool place to be and I really enjoy the friendly banter and the friendship. You good people are the best!

Hi lovely people!
My name is Denise and I am an bloggingaddict!
I have the vacuum cleaner permanantly plugged in...so should hubby pop home from his workshop down the way I can put pc on standby, fly down the stairs and as he walks through the door it appears I am a busy housewife! LOL! I do take my dog for walks, but as I do so I am picturing what the photos will look like on my blog! If I cook a meal I take photos and post them too!
LOL!
I am sooooooooooooooooooooo looking foreward to visiting you all now!
You are ALL welcome over at my place too!

I am NOT a blogging addict, and I can't believe anyone would even suggest such a thing. In fact, I'm going to right now sit down and compose a series of blog posts disputing that very notion, mention it to all my friends, and search for like-minded bloggers. No matter HOW long I have to spend at the computer, I will NOT accept such a ridiculous notion!
By the way, want to join my "Not a blogging addict" ring?
