Blog in 2 different langauges - few questions

Hello,
I recently created second language version of my blog, because many people outside Poland was interested in my art. So now every post is in polish and english langauge. I got few questions tho.
1. RSS channel - on english version, links/meta to english only RSS? Or to both versions? Atm. I have 2 difrent rss files, both are linked only on pages with their own language.
2. In terms of SEO, what kind of links is best? At this moment polish posts looks like this:
title-of-post.php
and english is:
title-of-post.php?language=english
but I can change this by .htaccess file if need. for example to domain.com/english/title-of-post.php
Any help appreciated, thx!
P.S. I hope my english is acceptable 
I had lot of problems with translation of every post, some things are just imposible to translate, the double meaning of some words made me lot of problems

I just checked out your site. It reads very well. And your work...you art...it transcends any language barrier. It is very good. It gives this ol' coot artist and idea of what creative things are happening now and will come with this new medium of digital graphics/animation and the internet world. Thank you. -

I have to agree with Rivy... your work is stunning. Some aspect of your art reminds me of a French artist I know who lives in Laos, named Loizze.
Sorry I can't help you with the Rss question, but loved the art all the same....
