Blog Traffic Tips Part 2

I'm running out of ideas on how to increase traffic to my site. I've noticed that the traffic kinda plateaued. What do you guys do to increase blog traffic to your blogs?

I posted a list earlier this month on things I was going to do for my blog:

1. Submit to Search Engines
2. Submit to Directories
3. Are you a blogger? Submit to blog directories
4. Join a community (like blog catalog)
5. Social Bookmarking - Digg, StumbleUpon, Technorati, Del.icio.us, Furl, News Vine.
6. Make it Relevant
7. Using images
8. RSS - Syndicate
9. Article Marketing
10. Track Backs
11. Blog commenting - Don't spam these
12. Instructional Topics
13. Review Past Topics
14. Link Bait - contests/free stuff
15. Its all about Content

Some things I missed:

Catchy Post Titles
Some other social networks like Sphinn/Twitter
Start up some controversy
Memes - blog tag (i'm not too familiar with this method can someone explain it further)

To do a meme just do something like "8 random facts about myself" or "why do you blog?" or something, then at the end toss up a few bloggers' names and URLS, contact them and let them know they were tagged, and see what happens. I've participated in them, but I've never really started one.

  I've heard of the term used before, but I've never actually seen one. It sounds kind of like those personal info surveys that get posted on myspace bulletins alot.
