I'm using a system I think is perfect for niche blogs.
Once your website is accepted, you choose the format of the ad (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 videos).
When a visitor goes over the thumbnails the video starts playing and you earn money.

Now the good part is : you can choose the ads.
That's important if you don't want to drive away your readers.
