Have some question. I have a blog, there i post direct link's on mp3 mixes. And some of server few times change a direct link system

For example i have a September 23 post:

pixel-junglist.blogspot.com/2009/09/ed-rush-optical-bbc-radio-1-essential.h...

Now a link on mp3 is:
www.beatplexity.com/download.php?file=5088-Ed_Rush_and_Optical-Essential_Mi...

But they already change link system and i need to find this mix and change link to:
www.beatplexity.com/download.php?id=5088

I'm in shock o.O

Now is a question. Anybody know a gadget for blogger. like a rating with stars or something else. If internet user come to page and find a broken link, then he can push some button (something else) and i receive a notification on email for example and will correct broken link.
