Blogger "Next Blog" Foreign Language....

Am I missing a setting or something? When I use the "Next Blog" button on Blogger, 9 times out of 10 (and many times 10 out of 10) it brings me to a blog written in a foreign language! Is there anyway to avoid this problem?

    If you simply want to browse blogs, then these methods I think are perfect:

    1. Open an account in StumbleUpon.com, install their toolbar in Firefox and stumble through BlogSpot blogs (also stumble through other blogs and site), and at the end of the day, 90% of the blogs you stumbled will be in English and also each of them will definitely entertain you

    2. Do a search in "Google Blog Search" for a specific keyword, and browse through the results.
