Blogger send mail on comment

as a fellow blogger users, there is know how to apply the settings when there is a comment on our blog and we responded well so we can send them to email to comment?

      Nope, Im asking about how to if I reply on my blog comments, they can received nitification to their email that they comment are replyed.

      they need to be subscribed to your comment feed, I think

      Yep THEY would need to sign up for email notifications.
