   Great content!!! But the ad in the header made think oh no
   another one of those boring sites trying to make money
   of my clicks it only takes 10 seconds for some one to
   decide there first impression of your site if they don't
   bother to look at your content then they'll be gone
   and might not come back...
   
   So my suggestion would be remove the ad from the header
   and put the ad some else on your site and place a image
   in your header so it looks more appealing...

   Okay : You may want to look at your sidebars, there is some overlap of widgets (minor), as well as a general cramped feeling. I would also clean up the header as some may find it hard to read. The content is good but I would also offer a clear way to subscribe through email as well on every page (feedburner offers this service free). Just my 2 cents...

    Spiffy blog design, by the way. One of the best Blogger designs I've seen.
    
    Of course, you do have one fundamental flaw: you're using Blogger. It's far inferior to Wordpress.
