Now a new article from Scientific American says that blogging might actually be good for you. Apparently, the writing not only provides an excellent method for coping with stress, it can also improve your memory, sleep, and immune system. Expressive writing, like blogging, has actually reduced the viral load of AIDS patients, shortened healing time after surgery, and made cancer patients feel markedly better after treatment. The results are so impressive, some hospitals have even started their own patient blogging platform.

No one is sure exactly why or how blogging has this effect on patients, but it most likely has something to do with increased dopamine levels and other activity in the brain. But one thing that is certain is the difference between this kind of blogging and the Internet writing that is allegedly bad for you - a little more feeling.

What if your blog attracts the attention of a dictatorial government and they seek to silence you permanently?

Then its time to grab your balloons and beer bottles and get ready for war.

NO NO NO you're doing it all wrong! You're supposed to drink the beer and hit them with the balloons. Duh!

The government as always stupid, they only read the mainstream newspaper no matter how deep the technological advantage they have. They actually don't care about the background rumors, as long as the mainstream media did not report the story. So, the thing you must afraid is actually the mainstream reporters, not the stupid government. Yet, if they do, means your are then famous and then you will have your loyal followers, like that one british named 'dom jolly' who creates funny jokes on various bbc tv title.

In all honesty, my blog is therapeutic for me as well. It allows me to poke fun at the plague of political correctness which is slowly decaying our society and will eventually lead us all to ruin.

    Or something like that.
