Hey guys, I got an email today from a radio station in Pittsburgh PA who is looking to interview bloggers who post on behalf of their pets.

The email I received was looking for:
"The article I saw was about people who blog on behalf of their pets! Kind of through their pet’s eyes as though it’s the pet actually blogging."

I know that I have seen some of these but I couldn't recall any off the top of my head. I thought I would see if any of you have come across something like this.

    I bet it's WDVE isn't it?

Daisy the Curly Cat is one. I don't know her URL, but she posts here.

I think its KDKA... are you from Pittsburgh?

Yup! I am. They're a talk radio station.

As a rule, I am not too fond of pet blogs in which the animal is the purported blogger, so to speak. But Daisy the Curly Cat is an exception. The kitty is attractive, and 'her' voice in the blog actually is quite charming.

I blog from the point of view of my trouser snake sometimes... can you get me some airtime?

You'd have to send in a picture of it, so they could verify you really had a trouser snake and wasn't just saying that you had one to get on the air.

I'll be channeling my favorite horse - Curlin- this weekend as he goes for the world championship in Dubai on Saturday. Can't say he's my pet but I'm delusional and schizophrenic enough to think I'm him from time to time.

Its not exactly a common type of blog to have so if any of you come across any let me know. I think the bloggers (or cats) may appreciate the on-air interviews.

Oh good you found it, but I'm sorry -- I should have posted the link to Daisy. My bad.

Absolutely the best thing ever on Daisy the Curly Cat's blog is this "movie" -- Catnip-Reefer Madness -- starring Daisy.

      It's hilarious. Check it out:

(And no, I'm not related to Daisy or her owner -- just a fan, amazingly enough!)

I blog through the eyes of my dog, a senior citizen poodle with an attitude and a busy life---or I should say he blogs because everything is written through his eyes. cooperthedogs.blogspot.com/ There's really quite a large network of dog bloggers out there. One of the links on my blog roll is to a site where there are 830 dog blogs listed plus they have their own message board for the dogs.

She is the best and deserves her own show. I brought her up in a discussion over six months ago. She is perfect!
