What do you think? Is she back? Her new album Circus debuted at #1 with a #1 hit, and got certified platinum. She's back.
Is She?
Well, this album is the second lowest selling album ever by Britney. It is only certified platinum, where as 4 of her other albums were certified 2x platinum or even Diamond.
Womanizer was on #1 for only 1 week.

Well, first of all, in my opinion, she's certainly back because her album has 2 top ten singles (so far) and 1 #19 and a song that wasn't even a single that charted on Billboard. And it's not yet a year so theres still a lot of time for it to get certified 2x or more platinum.
