  well its totally based on your site traffic! but therez also ways to get huge traffic examples for getting traffic as below:

  i think u are thinking that aff links will pay me high when ever some signup under me but the draw back of affiliate is that any site wont pay for just affiliate signup[they are not fools to just pay for signups] they pay only if our affiliate spends or invest money in the site we refered then only the site will pay for us. I think now u got it?!! In that way if i refer 100 peoples only a few i mean almost a 10 peoples can spend n from that i get just 25 to 50 usd n comming to the traffic i almost get so 10k visitors a month

Did you know that Google Adsense will ban your account for promoting GPT Sites ( Get Paid to) ?

If you can make huge income. Can I have $20 in my paypal account or $20 is a too HUGE AMOUNT?

  hmm but as i said before HUGE AMOUNT is fully based on the ad network u are using n the traffic u get to ur blog! to be frank i too have a poor vistors but if ur site have high traffic then ur income can increase 3rc or more...
