Well, for India to start a topic on or against terrorism it has so many examples, previous year was as good as monthly terror example.
We didnt learn or if we did, it was not enuf... well this discussion is not related to past ... But now that we have acknowledged our mistakes and also blamed ... should we just stop at this or should me forward in finding solution????

In my view, Just having a Federal agency is not the answer... we should Anti terror and Corruption Infrastructure.
Yes, corruption, bcuz corruption is mother of terrorism, as when terrorist sneaks inside the country, obviously there would few officials who were bribed to allow them, lapses in system which is tlked about is nothing but lapses due to corruption and bribery.
Yes i do fully agree legalities is hurdle at tym, bt system or legality cannot stop proactive and enthusiastic official.
Coming back to Infrastructures, we should have special law, and special courts winch are autonomic and dependent on politics. Main thing they should not be given mercy petition and there has to rule of time bound justice, by having dedicated judge for particular case.
