Can You Still Make Money with Adsense on Blog?

Hi,

I am setting up my blog with some Adsense Ads now, even though hearing that Adsense is dead.

Well, I am just giving it a try.

Do you still make money with Adsense on Blog Now? How much can you make per blog?

Though this question has been asked many times on the discussion but still the answer is yes, you can still earn from adsense. I see you are already with adsense, so why don;t you tell me whether you are earning?

Yes, I have just set up Adsense not long ago... but I find there isn't much click on Adsense, even if there is, it is just less than 10 cent per click. Not that impressive... That's the reason I am asking... ;-)

I make $30 a month with adsense on one of my blogs, that's with about 10,000 visitors a month most of which comes from google search.

Now if I were able to get 10,000 visits a day I could guess I could make $30 a day, that would be cool.

Oh I have low paying ads on my blog as well.

Yep I have the same problem I get over 10,000 visitors to my blog a month and only get $30 dollers worth of clicks to its annoying.

I average 5-8 dollars adsense a day and according to sitemeter I average 3,131 unique visitors a day. I get good traffic but I wish I could turn it into more money than $150 to $250 per month because it seems some sites that get less traffic than me are earning more money-I dont get it.

me, started a celebrity blog 35 days ago.
already $160 in the account.
daily 600+ unique visitors and more than 5000 pageviews.
But, I didn't recieved my payment yet.They are saying they have mailed a pin to the home address.

  I had to wait for the whole pin thing too. It takes about 2 weeks after they tell you the pin was generated to get the postcard in the mail.

Try to integrated the 300x250 ads on your text. Adsense work better in that format. Look at JohnChow how he puts it

I have made $5 in 2 weeks. Big whoopy...but nobody "gets" my blog, and I have only received mean spirited comments here. Oh well that comes with the territory. I blog for fun, not for profit unlike those who like to diss my blog. Read it you may laugh, if you have any sense of humor at all.

  I was at your page. I couple suggestions, if I may. Your google ads get a little lost in the other stuff on the side bar, and they are pretty far away from the content of the page. I seem to have better luck with ads that are on the left side, closer to the top. Have you ever thought of another theme that wasn't so wide?
  
  Your content is really good though...well written and very interesting! Overall, it's got some good potential. Tighten up the layout, and I think you will find you do a lot better.

My blog is a little over 2 months old, and I am at 65 or so in my account. I generally see an average of a buck a day in a little over 2 months, but to be fair, the first two weeks were grime. Plus, music blogs are a dime a dozen, so the ads are not real high paying. But I will stick with it. I am getting ready to launch a second blog on playing the piano.

I will state what I always state...I blog for fun, not profit. My goal is to pay for my hosting charges, and have enough left over for a bottle of top shelf tequila.

I think ad placement is crucial though, and I have recently been playing around with that to find what works better.

I make $10/month, and with only 50 visitors/day that's ok for me. It pays for my hosting and that's all I need. After all, I'm doing this for fun, not to supplement my income.
