Can't add a new blog to my account

Topics: add blog, already in use, URL
Hi. I am trying to add a new blog to my account, but I get the error message that the URL is already in use. I honestly don't remember weather I have already added it in the past, but I only have this account, and the blog does NOT appear in my dashboard. What can I do to successfully upload the new blog?

Are you referring to the Wordpress option of hiding a blog? No, I did not hide it.
I'm pretty sure it's an error related to Blog Catalog, but unfortunately, I did not receive an answer from the admin.
I re-added my blog as www.succes-inteligent.ro/index.php/ (because by adding index.php, I was able to bypass the error message.) Do you think this will solve the problem?-
It may, but there was a staff member in here looking at the thread some hours ago, so maybe they're looking into it.

My blog has been approved with the url www.succes-inteligent.ro/index.php/
I received no answer relating to the issue with adding the normal url. I don't know if having my blog listed this way is a problem or not. After all, index.php does lead to the root of the domain. I hope it's ok and that PR will be passed, as for people who click on it, there shouldn't be any difference cause they can access the blog just like they normally would. Isn't it?
