Cant get comments to work on blogger

Me and my mom have tried to get the comments to work on my new blog. No one can leave a comment and we cant figure out why. It is on blogger and It is new. if you hit comment it brings nothing up.

Ok they are working now. Thanks who ever tried them out. I reset it several times and no one could leave a comment. It is now working from here too. Me noe like blogger that much any more. It is being a pain in my back side.
