You don't even want to know what I don't like about one of my cars!!! Everything. It's a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan and the thing won't even go over 3000 rpm's. At first wasn't running 100% computer light came on and said EGR valve. Replaced that and now the whole engine knocks and it rocks so bad you would swear it is going to break the motor mounts when you get close to 3000 rpms and it will not go beyond 3000. Had issues with the power steering also.
Other issue is the lien holder-they screwed me over in which is a long story so I told them 3 months ago to come take it back and here it still sits
My Ford pick up is great absolutely no complaints

I just wanna understood - why US car industry loosing battle against german, japan car industries.
The same problem with famous british.-
Ya notice Ford is the American car company that is still alive and fairly strong
Not sure what happened to GM though the Ford truck is better then the Chevy in my opinion. Ford buses are way better then Chevy buses-have driven many I can back that 100%. Chrysler doesn't surprise me and I used to like Dodge until my van. Jeep depresses me though
I loved my Jeep Wrangler and it is a shame they went down with Chrysler. They were another great vehicle. -
I used to be fairly loyal to GM but after these recent issues I will only buy Ford's and foreign companies from now on. My current car is a Hyundai Accent. I bought it for the gas mileage and love it ($20 to fill up) although now I have a CV joint that has gone bad, so I'm in the process of getting it fixed.
My other car I just bought last week is a Mazda CX-7 and have to say I love it (and so does my wife) (shes looking over my shoulder as we speak)

I can't say I can complain about my truck, 2009 Ford F-350 4 door dually long bed 4x4 diesel.
I did have a 1994 Geo Prism that leaked oil out of every possible place. But, when I sold it earlier this year, after driving it for close to 15 years, it had 361,972 miles on it and still running srtong. It had a great Toyota engine in it.-
It is a working truck, hauls a 34' gooseneck lowbow with either equipment or supplies. I wanted something new, bigger than what I had, and capable of doing what I needed it to do. Were there other choices, sure. Was this the one I made, yes. I'll even tell you why. Two reasons. Ford was the only "brand" that would allow you to build it how you want it and order it in the exact configuration I was looking for. Ford was the only one that would allow complete prepayment prior to delivery in cash without having to finance a portion or all to seal the deal. Added bonus, I have had this truck for probably 3 1/2 weeks, and got a $17,538.00 rebate check in the mail yesterday. They mentioned rebates, but only to be applied to the cost of the truck, paying cash, I thought I wasn't going to see anything. In the end, it will pay for itself within a year.

Hmm, my general complaint about new cars is planned obscelesense (sp?), and the introduction of such complicated parts and technology that a person is forced to pay through the nose to get it fixed. I prefer working on my own car, but modern cars are designed in such a manner that you must take it back to the specific dealership to have even the simplest repairs or maintenance.
Any warranty worth it's salt is expensive and jacks up that price tag, and the cheaper plans are useless, forcing you to pay for both the warranty and all of the things it magically doesn't cover.
My other complaint has to do with "safety" features, and the need for carseats. Number one, all o fthe safety features that are now implimented jack up your insurance costs, since most cars now become a total loss once it's been in anything more serious than a fender bender. Number two, the carseat laws being passed due to "safety concerns" are getting out of control. In my state, they are trying to pass a law that any person 4'11" and shorter, and up to the age of 13 requires a booster seat because the car is too unsafe for anyone smaller than 5' tall, essentially.
Now, I'm just an inch or so shy of needing a carseat to operate my vehicle...as an adult. If cars are so unsafe that one needs to purchase a consistent stream of various seats to imrpove safety, then the flaw is in the design, not the people. If it's that unsafe, change the design!
