anyone know why my cd/dvdrom keep blinking?

    no cd inside. even can't eject

    There is a tiny hole in or near the door of the CD drive. Gently insert a pin to cause the door to open.

    i do open the cdrom now but after restarting the pc, problem comes again.

    how to solve this?

    i suspect something wrong with my motherboard. previously it working perfectly

    cant see it being your motherboard, if you have received an update from microsoft it might be your auto notification.

    1. In Control Panel, double-click System.
    2. Click the Device Manager tab, double-click CD-ROM, and then double- click your CD-ROM drive.
    3. Click the Settings tab, and then click to clear the Auto Insert Notification check box.
    4. Click the Close button. When you are prompted to restart your computer, do so.

    I think you may have a disk stuck in it
