Alrighty sparky! I just discovered something useful a month back and posting it now for everyone here!! I think I did at least! lol... anyway, ever wondered what you might be doing wrong even when you think your content is fine? Or wondered what exact things you needed to do with your blog so that you get to Number UNO in google?
I am no SEO Maestro but I am ranked number uno for my keywords at the moment and I am going to reveal it how over here cause frankly I never used any softy or other people ever and am no SEO-ESTEIN either. For the last one month I have been trying to fix my optimization and I am not a SEO blogger so there is no point writing an entire post in my site either about how I kinda succeeded.
Okay lets cut it short earthlings and darlings, go to www.whois.domaintools.com and do a whois for your site there! They have updated there whole result thing so when the Whois query is done ya will find a SEO Score for your site (..Mine is 91% and I am too f**kin tired for any more plus, I am happy as it is) lol... When yo get the result, they tell you the exact problems of your site in the eyes of a search engine and I am a living proof that it works too lol... (after you have fixed those problems that is)
When you get the SEO Score and in case you feel its low, click on the TEXT Browser on the right hand side of the screen, it maximizes, click on the content twice and it will take you to a place where it describes what is wrong with your site exactly and what you should do to get right with google or yahoo. Then you fix them and I tell ya, it will surely increase your ranking for the better!!
If you think that this was useful for you after you have used it and is kinda satisfied, please visit my site which is absolutely not related to SEO but visit it as a payback for this post... lmao!! (Shameless blog promotion line hey, cant help it! I am a trafficoholic!!)
Here is my site www.nokiasymbianthemes.com
Cheers and hope this helps!!

Thanks for the link! My single post pages get a 97%. But my home page and main blog page are only 79%. The errors I don't understand are below. Can anyone tell me what these errors are? I can't find the 4 links referred to and I don't' think I have an iframe. Isn't an iframe a window within a window with its own scrollbar etc?
2) Link URLs contain querystrings: Rewrite links to work without using
querystrings. (there are 4 of these)
3) Page contains one iframe: Iframe content is usually invisible to
crawlers, so avoid using them.
Thanks! -
What the Hell...
Page contains more outbound links than internal links: Try to make most links point towards your own domain.
If i make my own posts point to my own domains, Google will screw me for Domain farming and my google search results will get penalised... I have about 580 keywords that get front page of google and 92 keywords that get first on Google.
i think i will stick to www.websitegrader.com, Thanks anyway -
Had to plug in my url for wensonlinebusiness.wordpress.com/
Large images are missing alt text: Large images should have alt text. HUH???
Link URLs contain querystrings: Rewrite links to work without using querystrings. How do I do that??

Setting alt text is a must cause search engines cant read images remember? Or flash for that matter! You should simply add alt text relevant to your site in the index page, post, single page. And there you have that resolved. Query strings are the question mark in urls. Usually its not a biggie but google usually likes it better when an url is like domain/categories/post-name/tag blah blah rather than domain/showpost?125=666 cause they considers the url like keywords.

Absolutely fantastic--my new blog shook out at 96%, but it won't do my blogger blog, just goes to the blogspot.com domain.
Thank you for sharing this--great find. -
Not bad but I still prefer to use www.websitegrader.com/

Write Adsense, Explain to them that you are seeing a problem And ask if there is something wrong with your site or your compliance with the TOS. Be professional, and just ask them what you need to do to maintain the accounts good standing.
Google is harsh on enforcement, but like anyone else, works with you if they have a reason to. -
Thank you for using the DomainTools for your domain research. To protect domain registrants we limit the number of anonymous whois lookups that are allowed. We wish that you will continue using our service for domain information but ask that you create and log into a DomainTools account before doing any more lookups. Sorry for the inconivence.
Too troublesome for me -
Hey, godsofchaos
Thank you for sharing this tool man, it helps alot! Was surprised I got 91% on the my first checked, haha. And i just changed to a new domain 2 days ago, worrying if it would hurt all the SE traffic that i had daily.
Anyway, thanks for sharing bro
BTW, your site got lots of cool stuffs for nokia would recommend to my friends since i switched to Sony Ericsson recently.
Keep it up man! Peace -
I'm a bit clueless about these things.
Alexa Trend/Rank: #237 [Down] 30 ranks over the last three months.
Compete Rank: #116 with 8,208,746 U.S. visitors per month
Quantcast Rank: #90
Wikipedia: Listed on 4,066 pages
SEO Score: 90%
Is that good/what does it all mean!? Hahaha -
I got a 94% for Blog Smartly - www.blogsmartly.com
I got a 78% for TeenBlogger.net - www.teenblogger.net -
I got a 99%
greenindustrialrevolution.org/blog
I don't really know how it happened, but I suppose it is pretty good. Thanks for the tool. -
How about doing an experiment? Everybody list their SEO score and Alexa traffic rank. Then I will collect all the info and graph it to see if there is any correlation between this score and traffic. Any other parameter or ranking that should be considered?
-
I got SEO 98 Very pleased as I have been working on it for the last 3 days! So I will have a break from it. SO THANKS FOR THAT!!
The Alexa ranks are just weird, a tip for you, if you download the Alexi toolbar and if you search for your website say 20 times a day, it only takes a couple of minutes, but you can see your alexa rank DIVE down. Yes its cheating and means nothing, but if you like good rankings, then try that.-
Well - if not manipulated then the Alexa Ranking should give some indication of traffic (I hope?). I feel it is useful to see whether this "SEO Ranking" is even relevant to anything. On my website I get a comment that the images do not have size information. Should I go about fixing this? Is it a real problem? Is this relevant? So I want to see if there is some relationship between the SEO number generated and traffic to the site. If not then I will ignore it. I understand that noone other than Google employees really know the algorithms used.
