Me, answering in my dressing gown: No thanks.
Cleaner: Ok, I'll leave you doing whatever you're doing.
Does she go around the whole of the building, thinking behind every locked door is a teenage guy having happy time?

The title is "Cheeky Mare" so I opened it thinking it was about a horse that did something cheeky...I used to have an Arabian mare that was an endless source of stories.
Imagine my disappointment when I opened the discussion...-
It is a UK expression, a nicer way of saying cheeky cow -
