DVS....A man with good taste. I happen to like this brand too.
www.boursincheese.com/ Good stuff, especially with a glass of white wine.

Boursin is good.
I also like aged cheeses like Gruyere, Parmigiano-Reggiano and Piave. Not a huge fan of the blue cheeses.-
Zentastic....You have good taste too.
I love Gruyere too and a friend from France turned me on to it.
We love to go to a lot of wine tastings in the Boston area and we get to sample a lot of cheese. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gruy%C3%A8re_(cheese) hmmmm hmmmm

I eat much less cheese because of what they feed the cows or goats, the antibiotics they give them etc.
One of my favorite cheeses is Manchego:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manchego_cheese
Quite unexplainably, I can get aroused before having a helping of "Tetilla" cheese...
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tetilla_cheese -

harveyavatar...had no idea because I just did a search for it here in Boston and they just have it labeled at Manchego. When I went to wine tastings, they had it labeled as Tetilla.
I wonder where the wine tasting people got to purchase theirs from. They must know something I don't. I will have to ask them where they purchased theirs next time I go to a wine tasting.

I'm a cheeseaholic, I'm afraid, but admitting it is the 1st step in recovery, they say.
I like cheddar (mild, sharp or marbled,) mozzarella (& "cheesestrings,") muenster, swiss, cream, feta...I think the only cheese I'm not big on is that pepper jack stuff. I can't do spicy.
Cheese is particularly delightful in cake form.
Although I know it's not "cheese," I have to say that I still treat myself (on occassion,) to Kraft dinner.
Hubby cut the cheese the other night in the other side of the house, actually. I yelled from my side, "I heard that!" We both laughed. That's how I know it's love.

boursin is gooooooooood! I love cheese! I went through a phrase of only eating cheese when melted, and funnily enough, I ate less pizza during that time. Yet I woud find any excuse to add cheese to melt on my meals incl. on my toast.
Recently I've found love in the milder cheeses such as mozzorella b/c of my son - he's 1yrs old!.-
DangerMouse...OMG LMAO
Glad you showed up, yes I love melted cheese too so I can dig it.
The only reason I think I even bother to purchase pizza is for the cheese.

I am not picky about brands. I love dill havarti with crackers or alone.
I also love spicy nacho cheese all goopy with tortilla chips or soft pretzel bites. -
Oh my word! That site you posted on rules of how to melt your cheese is ace!
Kudos on the discovery! -
I actually happen to hate cheese...I just wanted to let that be known that there is someone out here that doesn't like cheese.

I love most kinds of cheeses. Right now I'm wishing I had some pepperjack to munch on. I love that stuff.
...but, as we all know, THE CHEESE STANDS ALONE. -

In Holland we have all kinds of cheeses, Edam and Smoked Gouda two of the most popular cheeses comes from the Netherlands. We have 3 types of cheeses, sometimes for each brand: for example the Beemster brand of cheese would have the Beemster Jonge Kaas (young cheese), Beemster Belegen Kaas ( mature cheese)and Beemster Oude Kaas (extra mature cheese). We've got parmesan, feta mozarella, bluecheese, mascaporpone, matocq, brie, pecorino, taleggio ...you name it..its here. I like the Edam specially with a glass of Pinot Noir.

I love provolone, and jack. Also mozzarella and string cheese. Sometimes I'm in the mood for goat cheese, or gruyere.
I did have a strange dream about cheese. I was wompin' down a block of mozzarella and noticed something tasted strange. I looked at the cheese and it was CLEAR! Like it had sat in the sun for a week.
That was when I went vegan for 7 years. Later I grew to like cheese again. But I still have a thing about the cheddars and american styles...they're ORANGE! I still have this thing that if the cheese doesn't look like milk then there's something wrong with it!
