For all football fans, a blog about Chester City FC, the club who have been deducted 25 points thanks to heading into administration. This following relegation from the Football league, and almost losing it's status as a club in the summer thanks to its owner, Stephen Vaughan.

Can Chester perform the biggest miracle and avoid relegation once again as they start 25 points behind everyone else?

Well they are now down -16pts after a win last night, and are 23 ppts away from safety.

Is Chester City in Division 2?

25 points down really sucks! The key would have to be consistency to save the season and the club. It's a hard one and it's early days yet.

We were last season, but got relegated from that after our owner refused to pay money to clear a transfer embargo that had been hanging over the club.

So we have drifted into non league football, and face further relegation thanks to the penalties imposed.

It hasn't helped that the owner has his 2 sons on the pay roll as part of the playing staff - and they are garbage. Pure nepotism.

Oooh non-league football - that's tough. That's a lot harder to attract good players. It just reminds me of Leeds United a few years ago on a free fall.
