    My wife is Polish we alternate. This year it is here but we have christmas in Starrogard Gdansk some years. I love it - great tradition and people

    Christmas Eve in Poland.... some traditional recipes /Version english, french, polish/:
    - Soup Christmas to the beet (Barszcz wigilijny)
    - “Ears” (uszka) for the beet soup
    - Christmas soup with mushrooms
    - Carp to the Polish in his gray sauce
